My order arrived yesterday (only 2 days shipping time to Alaska!) and as usual... was packed expertly, and my order was correct!
I love the sales, but I still wish for AG to find way to incorporate your AK / HI customers into the free shipping offer (or at least reduced shipping?) I know it's more expensive to ship here, so I understand the exclusion. But, you obviously take some hit by offering free s/h to the lower 48, so why not offer a discount of an equivalent amount to us up north? I might order more that way! I'm just sayin'....

I visited with Megan and Duane last week on some tech questions. Duane fixed me up with what I needed great discount and free shipping. OBTW, Forum members get 10% discount off the top.
