i still, after 70 years , get streaks when cleaning windows . i use stoners in squeeze handle bottle and have tried it with paper towels ,towels ,and microfiber towels , all unsuccessfully . didn't do ''search'' but have in past and found nothing that worked for me . i'd guess it is the ''operator'' and not the products . . thanks ... peace

Have you tried a microfiber towel made for glass? I think they work great. I also use Stoner's. Make sure to clean the windows in the shade

You have me beat; I've only been detailing for five decades, a mere youngster...
CorsaCloth – a micro fibre glass cleaning Piqué weave cloth; that cleans almost anything, leaving a streak-free, spot-free, dust-free and lint-free finish. This weave has excellent absorption properties to reduce streaking yet scrubs away oily films and vinyl haze with ease. The key is to use friction to break the surface tension of the dirty film.
The cloth scrubs the surface and conditions it for dirt removal. The follow-up wipe removes the residue and renders the glass clean. This cloth will not scratch, however trapped grit or debris will cause scratches. This distinctive cloth cleans with plain water; it removes film, dirt, oil, grease, finger prints, dog nose prints, and etc all without the use of chemicals.
For severe out gassing or the removal of stubborn grime; spray the glass surface (otherwise you are diluting the product strength) with 1:10 solution distilled water /Isopropyl alcohol and wipe with a clean cloth and the result is a crystal clear finish.
I use Stoners and then cloth diapers or Microfiber cloths whichever is handy, I then check my work using the twin stand 500 watt halogen tripod lamp. This routine works good for me. Frank
I like the stoners pump bottle.
I was recently talking with a stoners rep and he confirmed that both pump and aerosol are the same (some people have suggested otherwise).
One thing he did say is some people use way too much product with the pump bottle.
Go vertical on one side and horizontal on the other so you know which side is streaking. Hopefully not both.
Try newspapers.
Grab a clean white terry cloth or 100 percent cotton towel. Wet one(not dripping) and wipe the window down. Grab a clean towel(dry) then polish the water off. The glass should sparkle. An old friend told me about this method. I thought He was on crack until I tried it!! Works well. I am a big fan of Sprayway and microfiber towels too.
I prefer the Stoners aerosol version, but find streaking is often due to wiping in the heat or over using the glass cleaner. You also need to work it back and forth a couple times till is disappears. I prefer the Waffle Weave design MF towels.
Using a good glass cleaner is definitely key but using the right techniques is also key. If you read this Detailing Guide - Glass Care I think you'll better understand how to achieve these results.
In short you should probably use at least 2x - 3x microfiber towels during the process. I apply the cleaner with one towel and then buff off the residue with another towel. Sometimes I use three towels and put a light mist of quick detailer on the second towel to help with the removal.
