I bought a couple of special cloths from a vendor on here a year or two ago. I don't remember the name of the vendor, or the cloths. But they were specifically for glass. They were fantastic, but lost a lot when I washed them.
I went back to the old way because the cloths were too expensive to use and just throw away.
I use Stoner's, and I spray it on the newspaper, MF, or paper towel (whichever I happen to be using) instead of on the window. I find that I get a lot less streaking that way.
Also: Try doing the inside of the windows in a vertical motion, and the outside in a horizontal motion, that way you can easily tell which side the streaks are on when you see them.
You're probably refering to Mira Fiber cloths. I use them and love them. Just wet them, ring then out and wipe your windows streak free. I have never washed mine, as with detergent, I just rinse them out when done and allow to air dry. They are a bit expensive at $5 a cloth.
