You'll soon see its what a lot of members use, and only use...and its not only the Corvette crowd that swear by it. As for me, the 3 step Mothers treatment finished off with the Mothers Reflections top coat works fine for me. I haven't tried Zaino yet but it gives me the deepest shine as far as OTC stuff.

I used Zaino for a month and did not like it at all. This process to apply it takes to long and the finish looks like plastic when done. I switched to Lanes Car Care products next. Liked it better but still was not what I was looking for. I have been using Pinnacle Souveran now for couple years and love it. Best finish and look my car has ever had with anything I have used on it. Deepens the color and looks great.
Skip the Zanio and get some pinnacle Souverane from Autogeek is my two cents on this.

Their finish restoration products are top notch. If your car is pristine (or new) to begin with, I don't think you really need to go through all their ritualistic hocus pocus. I bought my car new and have only used Rejex to protect its original lustre. I used Zaino exculsively back in the 90's when I bought my Black 96 Impala SS. I've since switched to Rejex on the Impala SS as well. Simple is always better when the end result is the same!

I have been waxing/polishing cars since 1959. During that time I tried everything on the market and had a garage full of waxes, polishes, sealants, rotary and DA machines. In 95' I purchased a new Black coupe. As you might imagine I went nuts using different products to get that perfect shine. Then I stumbled across a comparison of different car finish products in Corvette fever magazine, Zaino was among them and since it was a new product to me, remember I bought them all, I tried it. That was in 95'. In 97' I threw all of my many years collection of waxes, cleaners, glazes, and polishes out. I have used nothing but Zaino since 95, and while I'm certain that there other worthwhile products that have come to market since then, I am satisfied with Zaino to the point that I no longer care to try them.

I use the entire line of Zaino on my JSB C6 Coupe, which is metallic paint. I have never found anything that lasts as long, or that looks as good. Go to the Zaino website, Sal has a tremendous amount of information there on his products - http://www.zainostore.com/. Zaino is a Forum vendor.
Sometimes, I will "top" all the Zaino with a coat of Pinnacle Signature Series II carnauba wax, which is excellent on metallics. It's only for special occasions as it only lasts about 3 weeks.
Look for Forum member Wolfdogs - go to his profile page, you can see all of his posts. He is the Forum Zaino guru!
Here's a picture of my 2008 Jetstream Metallic Blue coupe with several coats of Zaino on it:

I used Zaino for years but after awhile it wasnt what I was looking for. too hard and glassy for my taste. ive been using the Zymol line now with very nice results.
