Default ? on thinning touch up paint

what do I use to thin the touch up paint sold in the little plastic bottles? most often the paint is too thick, and I would rather have it thin, so it flows a little better.

lacquer thinner???

the bottle doesn't say if it's lacquer or not. I get some thinner and try it, it it doesn't mix or thin I'm out $5.

I like to just make sure the paint is acrylic laquer, here is some primer I recently bought, they may have what you want there.
