I read all the threads on this forum and still am not sure which product to use. Everyone has a different idea and I'm sure there is no "one" perfect product. I am passionate about shining my 2006 Monerery red vert. It has 30k on it and still looks show room good. With that said I am always looking for a better product. I have used the usuals such as Zano, Rejects, Adams, Turtle and many more. I don't care how much work is involved or how long a product last, I enjoy detailing weekly if needed. I am looking at Dodo purple haze. Is this the best for that
"Knock out shine?" I'm open for suggestions!

I often find when speaking to forum friends and car show attendee's with comments like yours, often times a carnauba wax product is preferred due to the depth and wetness offered. We dont mind detailing a little more often, for "that" look.
While I still suggest the basics from washing, claying, and polishing I would suggest trying a couple carnauba waxes. Stick with the pastes from Pinnacle, P21S, Wolfgang, and Dodo initially. Hard Candy and Supernatural Hybrid are quite nice in the Dodo Line especially on metallics. Id be remiss not to suggest Pinnacle SigSeries II also. Infact a sleeper is DP Max Wax. Now these wont be as durable as those sealants (ie. Rejex) I suspect the look is more in tune with your requests. Use a good safe wash and you can use a booster spray like Pinnacles Souveran Spray Wax as desired after each wash to keep it fresh.

Is there one wax in particular that is recommended for use over Victory Red and Rejex?
Thanks!
you will want to stick with a pure carnauba paste wax also. Souveran Paste is best on flat reds, blacks, and yellows but expensive. Wolfgang Fuzion is nice also but in higher cost. I personally would reach for Dodo Juice Hard Candy (I love it on all reds and most metallics) or DP MaxWax. If you want something less expensive then those then consider Poorboys Natty Red.
