Optimums Optiseal is a wipe on walk away sealant just like Zaino's Clear-seal and Ultima's Paint Protectant. They all work quite similar with only a light application needed and should provide no issues with another cured sealant. Opti-seal even suggests it can be used over a wax.

I've done it without issues. The OptiSeal looks similar to Zaino's ZCS. I had a little bit of ZCS left in a bottle and about 3/4 of a bottle of OptiSeal. I put the ZCS in the OptiSeal bottle to combine two bottles into one and noticed no deleterious effects. The OptiSeal on top of Z2 or Z5 seems to work just like the ZCS and the mix of ZCS and Optiseal seemed to work just as well.
