I have to go to Korea for a year and want to put a good quality wax/sealant on my newly purchased C6. I have my PC with me and som Meg's 105/205. Locally I have access to Meg's Sealant, 3m, and Griots in addition to the normal stuff at Wallys,Napa, Autozone and Advanced. What would you guys suggest based from my available choices. No time to order, I leave Friday
I use the Griot's Paint Sealant on my daily drivers and it does a great job. It's very durable. I can't comment on the others, just the Griot's. I'm sure they can do a good job as well.

Collonite would be my suggestion also. I would however consider overnighting a "coating" product which is the only product that will truly last a year or more. Optimums Opti-coat 2.0, CarPro CQuartz, and G-Techniq all offer them.
Here's my realistic take on this with the info you provided:
Are you parking the car outside? If not, then why even worry about sealing it? If you're parking it outdoors, then a wax or sealant isn't going to give you 12 months of protection.
As far as Opti-Coating your car....from the title of your thread it appears that you are in a hurry. I would not suggest using this product unless you are ready to dedicated double digit hours to 1st correct the paint to the highest standards and then insuring that the surface is bare to then apply the coating.
So, with this out in the open, you are at a crossroad to your car's destiny. Just don't do anything that will waste your time and potentially create more work then you are willing and able to dedicate.
