Convertable Top

First let me say that is a BEAUTIFUL CAR! :yesnod:  I love Steel Cities gray, and '71 ragtops are awesome. Okay, onto your question...the 303 product line makes products that are specific for vinyl top care, and you may want to check them out at http://www.properautocare.com As far as the "look at it wrong and it scratches" rear vinyl window, I mainly use Plexus and high quality microfiber towels on mine. If it has accumulated a fair amount of dust, I spray it generously with distilled water and wipe with a high quality microfiber towel, and then apply the Plexus. Plexus can be found at the mentioned web site as well. Many aftermarket companies (Mid-America, Ecklers, Corvette Central, etc.) sell "window pillows" for the rear vinyl windows. I have one for my car and use it on a regular basis. I would not say that it will prevent any and all scratching, but it does offer some degree of protection from the vinyl rubbing on itself. You may want to try it out.

Thanks for the complement on my car
Now I have to tell you how much I like the Ruby Red Anniversary car. It's a very special car with a super color. I've always wanted one....just ask my wife.
Thanks again!!
