I'm told that Simple Green is a good cleaner for detailing my engine bay. Which one do I need? The cleaner/degreaser? The options are on the left side.
I soak the complete engine bay with it while the motor is fairly warm, wash the rest of the car, open the hood and pressure wash it all off, dry the rest of the car with the hood closed, then wipe down the engine. Works like a charm and everything under the hood shines nicely.

Re: Simple Green question (85 Dave)
I heard it was bad for aluminum.
No it works fine on aluminum. You might be thinking of Wesleys Bleech White. Simple Green is all natural and Non Caustic. That stuff works wonders
I just spray it on a cloth and go to town. I also use a foaming tire cleaner to do my wheel wells. I have had no problems with either product.
