89 wheels
I have a 89 with the stock wheels. Some of the wheel looks like there is something under the clear it does not feel like it is on the surface but under the clear coat. will post a photo in a few days. But does any one have a idea what that is on the wheel and part of the center cap is like that also. Is there a way that one can just do spot repair on the clear coat an not re do the whole wheel?
