Z8 can be diluted just like Z6. Some people do it because they get streaks when using Z8.
CS I don't believe you can or should dilute. I've done my Corvette twice, my Civic twice and my CRV twice and barley used any CS. A little goes a long way and I don't see the need to dilute that.
