If the Raggtopp did not help the Haartz cleaner will not help either (I have both in stock and have used both, they are about the same strenght)
Are you talking about bow marks? if so I have heard of GM replacing the tops for marks caused by the bows.

I have some spots on mine too. There was a post awhile ago about a product called forever new I'm going to try as everything else hasn't done the job. The stains are still visible, though diminished. The web site has two products, one a stain cleaner and the wash. Not sure which I'm going to rty, but will keep you posted. :cheers:

Woolite worked well on mine. You may need to spot treat the black spots full strength. It didn’t seem to harm the water repellency. You need to let it dry completely to see any results.
