I want to tint my windows, my question would be what is the best film out there? I found this local tint shop that says they carry 3m film, which I have read and herd good things about it. Now I have also herd good things about Llumar FormualaOne film as well, haven't found a shop near me yet that carries it.
Which film do you guys think is better?
And do any of you truly believe that tinting your windows will help preserve the interior of your car? I use to like the fish bowl look on my Vette, but I also want to make sure the interior last long, so I decided im going to black out the windows.

I used Llumar ceramic, 15% on the rear and quarters and 30% on the passenger and driver sides. Llumar is what my tint guy uses, he likes it because it's a little bit of a truer black vs green. Honestly I couldn't really tell the difference when he showed me samples. He's been doing tint for a long time and has done a ton of vettes so I went with his recommendation.
I think tinting will help preserve the interior and the ceramic really helps cut down on heat in the car.
FormulaOne Pinnacle Ceramic Tint ..... the ceramic tint is indeed the way to go. Huper Optik was the only other one I would have considered. Do some research and look for authorized installers locally.
