White is a very hard color to get the gloss to really stand out. I find that using a coating (like Wolfgang Uber) is a notable choice. If you prefer a wax, Pinnacle Souveran Liquid Wax is gorgeous on white.
Please note, no wax, sealant, or coating can do its best without first prepping paint. So also consider the steps needed, like polishing or cleaning paint, to see the best results.

Don't forget to clay, even though it's a new car 9 times out of 10 it needs clayed.

Just did 2016 white Z51 with Pinnacle Souveran Liquid after minimal paint correction shine is amazing. Best product I have used on white, Works better on white than the Pinnacle Souveran Paste wax. But nothing beats Pinnacle Souveran Paste wax on Black. Also waxed our black 2016 Z06 last weekend after claying and polishing it looks like a pool of black.
