Zaino/Ecklers
Well recieved my products yesterday....although I hate to order anything from Ecklers....I did anyway....
The car wash bottle was completely cracked and the product spilled on everything in the box...(nothing new when ordering from Ecklers)...
Called them to tell what happened...low and behold they actually helped me!!!The sales rep. (michelle)...was extremely helpful...WILL ASK FOR HER WHENEVER I CALL.
Maybe I might give them another chance????
ZFX on backorder until 09-20-02 guess I'll wait.
They do charge $1.00 more on each product....but thats OK.
No dealers are close to me...Orange County, CA.

The samething happened to me, I called them to see if they could replace
the car wash..........they said SURE not a problem. What they didn't inform about is that THEY WOULD CHARGE ME FOR IT!! That is the last time that I'll do business with them.

Same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago. I ordered 3 bottles of Z06 and one had opened and emptied in the box. I called them and they replaced it free but it makes you wonder about their shipping procedures.

You should support your local distributor if at all possible, they can provide a lot more assistance than a wholessale place like Ekler's. I haved ordered from Kevin(KLO) a few times and have had great luck. If there is nobody in your area you might want to give him a try.
