Today i was claying the car prior to putting some Wolfgand Deep Gloss Sealant and discovered a new and nasty one!I dont think its down to the paint..but what the best method of removal?

As Ron offered above ... if you can feel it with your fingernail then most likely professional help will be needed. You will want to fill the scratch and perhaps Dr. Colorchip Kit might help as a backup to the higher cost of professional reconditioning.
Now if you do not feel the scratch, you should be able to reduce and possibly remove it. Using the Porter Cable and a polish to abrade the surface. Once done, then use the Wolfgang Concours Deep Gloss Sealant to protect it.
I just found one while doing my car today. I gave it a shot and got it to 90% gone. I used a porter 7424 r.o.b.
And an orange pad. After I was finished I gave it a coat of wolfgang glaze then a coat of wax. Afterwards I used some Wolfgang sealant it looks acceptable. If I cant do it so can you.
