Could and should are two different things..........

IMHO - you should reapply when you see a fall off in look/beading/sheeting after a wash. (not before since dirt etc will affect it)

I agree every 3 to 6 months, if the car lives inside 6 months, if it lives outside 3 months.

It in dependent upon the environment in which the car is used, as well as its use. I have seen some with garage queens apply one coat annually. Other cars sitting outside 24/7 might need reapplication every 3-4 months. You could compound that by the durability of the sealant himself.

Now that said ... some actually like to apply waxes and sealants more often for that "just waxed" look. In these cases you may want to consider a paint cleansing lotion to remove the old sealant prior to application. In these instances, you may actually find that detail sprays and spray sealants will offer that look and you can apply them over the traditional sealant after a wash session.

What I do with the Klasse sealant.

I use Sonus detail spray that has the same acrylic polymer in it as the Klasse acrylic.

This way I am always adding to the protection and getting a fresh shine.

Wax can change the look but one cannot add the sealant over the wax and then add more sealant.

I prefer to keep up the protection.

Haven't washed the car in..., well, so long I forget. Couple of years maybe.

Just detail spray wipe down and then another coat of the Sonus detail spray with acrylic.

Every time after driving the C6, which is maybe once a month now. Covered in garage when not driven.
