My 2015 C7, Crystal Red has VERY fine almost hairike scratches, almost invisible, in some of the paint. Any recommendations for a correcting product?

Even though they are fine it still may take a machine to remove them because the clear on the C7 is on the harder side. Do you have a machine polisher? I would start with the least aggressive pad & polish.
Like our White pad and Finishing Polish......check out this video it may help.

If the FP is not enough you would need to use Correcting Polish.
