My wifes Accord has specks of overspray on it whats can I use to get it off?

Try a good quality clay like, Zaino, Clay Magic Blue, or Mothers. A few passes should take care of it.

Chuck, I would clay the car, get either Zaino, Mother's or Clay Magic clay and mix up a capful of car wash in 16 ozs. of water in a spray bottle, spray the car with the mixture and clay the car, go in the direction of bumper to bumper on the top surfaces and up and down on the sides of the car, your car should be good as new.
