Default Applying Zaino by machine

How many folks do this? I'm following the directions of Sal and only using about 1.5 to 2 ounces when I apply by hand. I would like to apply with my DA, but it's gonna take a lot more than 1.5 ounces. People say they often use less when applying by machine, but I don't see and ounce and a half going very far on a DA. It seems the pad would soak up at least half an ounce.

I would also like to use the DA to remove it and I pretty much have that figured out. How does Wolfdogs do it? Is he still on here.

Tx in advance.

If you're using 1-.5-2 oz for the vette you're using way too much. I'm guessing it takes me less than half an ounce. I apply by hand with a cotton applicator pad, it's simple and quick. Removal once fully dry takes no more effort than a detail spray. It comes right off.

I haven't seen Wolfdogs active on here in a long time. Last I recall he was selling his Vette. It's too bad, he was a good guy and had some fun with old Zaino vs. Rejex threads.

Black is beautiful but to unlock level 10 gloss your going to need the help of a professional who is talented in performing paint corrections or your own time and patiences to get it to where you want. I would protect with a Ceramic Coating after all this time is spent polishing to perfection.

Let me set a precedent. I have been using Zaino for 20 years, opened up an award winning detail shop using it. ALL of the cars I did in my shop were done by hand. Using a DA was a total waste of time and product. You gain absolutely nothing and in fact detract from the shine. With Zaino less is better, and that is done by hand.
I have done thousands of cars with Zaino and found using a DA, actually detracted from the shine and protection.
