Default Buffing

Is there such thing as a buffing pad, made to use with a random orbital machine ? Mostly for final buff after waxing. Can't seem to find any.

Black finishing pad would be it. Could be different color but it is the very soft, spongy pad. Would work well for a buff and I've used it for that before.

something like this:

I have several. It's still an application pad. Looking for the large lambs wool type that I see used on orbital machines a lot. But can't find one for random orbital. Hate to buy another machine for just the shine. Looks like hand buffing will have to work.

Use the black pad to apply the wax/sealant thinly and evenly. Wipe with a microfiber medium nap around 350gsm.

Do you mean for removing the wax?

Hello Stymie222

I just bought and tried out this pad
https://www.autogeek.net/lc-hyb-44550-1.html

It is a synthetic wool pad that can be used on a DA polisher.

It did a great job removing small scratches

Good luck

Mike

Here ya go, I knew I had these somewhere in my collection. 6 inch hook and loop for a DA. Just stick them on a velcro backing plate.
