It’s is a repaint with minor scratches, single stage paint and lack of maintenance of the finish. Looks good from 20 feet away but up it needs some work.

You could try 3D One color correcting on say a black polish pad first to not "cut" too deep into that paint. 3D ONE a little gentler than say the Griot's Boss correcting creams and single stage might be a little more delicate of a finish. It is hard to say online, I usually need to see it in person and test it a bit. I would not go using a microfiber or wool on it at the onset. I would say start with something like that or a quality polish and see what results you get. I think the flex you have is a 8mm throw which should give a decent margin of safety..My go to is my G21.. 21mm throw makes for short work, but it intimidates some folks. You might want to get someone local to you to help start you out
