So, my CTS has sat outside collecting pollen, getting rained on and baking in the sun for three weeks. I took the Vette in yesterday to get ceramic coated, so with an empty spot in the garage, I took the opportunity to finally wash the CTS. I used the foam cannon and Adam's Wash & Coat. Could not believe how easy the car was to clean!

Hey 4X, congrats on getting the Corvette coated, share photos when you get it back and let us know which product you had installed.
Good to see you got to do some experimentation with Wash & Coat and you had a successful and enjoyable experience.
I like to keep up with the latest trends in car care; PPF/ ceramic coated afterward on ZR1, non abrasive bug removers, etc... However, the vehicle in my garage that shines that 'foot depth' look of paint with no swirl marks AT ALL is my '96 torch red that I have covered with many coats of Zaino since 2000. Zaino does take a little elbow grease but nothing, and I mean nothing, is maintenance free. The only reason I put the PPF and ceramic coat on the ZR1 is because it can really get beat up on the track. BTW, my '96 STILL shines better and deeper than the paint on my fairly new '19 ZR1. That is a fact, no BS.
Brought the Vette home today. Didn't have a lot of time, so pics aren't the best as the sun was directly overhead. However, I will say the paint glows now - looks better now than it ever has in my ten years of ownership. Product used was igl kenzo - same as on the CTS.

While the vast majority utilize a ceramic coating to ensure their car’s paint, it truly can be applied anyplace including the wheels, vinyl wraps, fiberglass, PPF, and glass.
