While too big for jams and wheels, thought I would mention this as it's the best drying towel I've run into in my 44 years detailing cars. Even caused me to stop using my blower. It's so absorbent that I can take my Tacoma from completely wet to completely dry in 10>12 minutes with the single towel (C7,even less time) and it doesn't leave ANY swirls/scratches. Super soft, and continues to absorb water (not just push water around) from start to finish without even wringing it out. Though it does get a little heavy toward the end of the job.
I had a difficult time deciding whether to spend $39 for a microfiber towel, however after using it I'm glad I did and ended up buying two. It's 30"x50"
I recently bought 2 of these The Rag Company packs of 10. Just $1.20 each for a quality 365gsm towel. They are just 80/20 and not Korean, but I like them a lot. Cheap enough to toss out, but I don't. I use nicer and plusher Korean towels for wax and sealant removal, but these cheap short nap towels are perfect for removing grabby compound and polish off the paint when I am correcting vehicles. I actually use the blue ones for detailing, and I keep the yellow ones in the house for dusting and cleaning.
I was in our Costco last week and they were selling a package of 36 towels for $3 off. About $.42 each. These towels are fantastic for the price and when they get messed up just toss them in the trash. Only negative is there are many better options if your drying off a vehicle.
