Default Towel Marks

Any suggestions on a product for removing light swirl, towel marks on 2017 Torch Red C-7?

Thanks in advance

I use 3D one for light polishing of light marks, with an orange pad and had good results. Others can chime in as some glazes can "fill in" minor swirls but without it in front of me I am just guessing.

They need to be polished out. Impossible to know which polish and pad combo will remove them while removing the smallest amount of clear without doing a test section. However, Gixxer's recommendation is a good place to start. 3D One is my go-to product for most light corrections.

Don’t wipe so hard in the future, get good drying towels. Microfiber also.
many dust their car dry, that creates swirl marks.
sounds like you need a good buff and wax for protection

Totally agree on wiping too hard,I always use the least amount of pressure possible when drying. Too much elbow grease scratches the paint.

Thanks for your advice. My 3D One arrived yesterday and I spent most of the afternoon and evening with application with orange pads. VERY pleased with the outcome.
Thanks again for your suggestion.

Your Welcome 3D one great product, but not too well known, you can even adjust the "cut" depending on pad... glad it worked well

may need the next aggressive pad or a slight wet sand with 1500 or greater to smooth out the edges of the scratch.

I'd hold off on that wet sanding

I had some of my best results removing scratches with Meguairs M100.....

Yes I have 3D One and several other polishes
Just saying that after the others wouldnt quite get
the deepest scratch I had success with M100

You can always get more aggressive but you can’t go back.

i like this
https://www.meguiars.com/professiona...-remover-16-oz

Id try that w an orange pad.

I don’t dry my car w a towel. Either a leaf blower or go for a ride then spray down w a mini detailer.
