Default G13

The wife got me the G13 Pro Kit, really wanted to have a unit with the 2" backer. My old 3" unit has no handle holes, this one does so I can use the Buff Bright Light on it as well . can't wait to try it out

Nice gift! My similar G8 is my favorite machine. Keep finding myself using it more often, even on larger panels where I could use a bigger machine. I used to use my Porter Cable with 3" backing plate as my dedicated small-area polisher, but the Griot's was such a step up. I still love the removable power cord they integrate in the new machines. Being able to quickly swap between my G8, G9, and G15 in seconds is so nice. Let us now how you like the G13!

I will say compared to my older 3" unit it is a bigger heavier machine, hopefully once I use it it will make sense in terms of balance

Looks like battery powered? Be interested to hear how it works for you. I have one of their 3" corded ones as well (forgot the model) and as others have said, I end up using it more and more.

I'll wait for your review after using it. Overall, I like Griot's products. Looks like a nice kit!
