Removing ceramic coating from ppf...

Tried to search for this topic elsewhere, but all I get back are "is it OK to ceramic coat over ppf"...

Anyway, I need to install track numbers to my car, but it's been ppf'd and ceramic coating, and silly me, I didn't know vinyl decals won't stick well to ceramic coating...

I'd like to avoid any mechanical methods to remove ceramic coating, hoping for some sort of liquid method.

That is disappointing. All these tech features and the basics fail. Gotta have numbers on the door. I'd be curious if its the PPF and not the ceramic.

I know of no liquid method. It must be mechanically removed completely.

Bummer, I had "heard" maybe something strong like water spot remover, or something along those lines might break down / remove the ceramic coating...
