This past April, I recevied an email from the company of this product. I had made some not so justice threats about Zaino's but since then, I have made an apology to Zaino on here. The damage to my vehicle was the result of my lack of understanding on how to properly use the clay bar. I was offered a free, trail sample.
I believe in giving any product a try as I continue to see what products I really like best and gives me the best results I am lookinf for. So far, I used Zaino's first, tried NXT for several weeks with good results, but now, I am back to Zaino's.
So, having said all that, who has used Formula 113 and the Formula 113 Bead X? Likes, dislikes, recommendations, and any other information you like to share.
I have tried it and was NOT impressed. It is just a cleaner wax. Meguiars products seem to work just as good or better. Bead X is just a silicone detail spray, I actually use the Bead X on my windshield but thats it. No comparison to Zaino in the looks or longevity department.
3, 2, 1 - I am counting down waiting for the nasty email from Mike (the owner of 113) that you will get if you say anything bad about the product. He has even been thrown off this forum for his actions.
I, too, was sent a sample of Formula 113, but haven't yet started the wash/wax before and after drive this year. :bb I already know that it doesn't last too long, Mike did tell me that. Since I like washing/waxing and do it often, longevity isn't really a problem. I want the deepest, wettest look, as well as something to fill the cobwebs in direct sunlight. :yesnod: Now really, am I being too picky???
I Love to wash and wax my black C5, but after 4 years of this, I put a ton of scratches just from all that back and forth motion. I realized that with a black car, the less often you wax, the better! :seeya
