If you are talking about the wax residue, it can be removed with an old soft toothbrush. I purchased a denture cleaning brush, only because it has two different size brushes. Works great

What exactly are you seeing?
White stuff from waxing or general dirt?
First off Wash and your Corvette as you normally would and with some suds in the emblem use a natural-hair brush that has a plastic base and lighty work in the areas where the dirt is. The chase with a steady and forceful stream of water. Then dry your Corvette with water and blast out the emblems with an airhose or a keyboard duster.
You're going to want to make sure you've gotten ever single bit of dirt out for this next step so as you're drying you may wish to wiggle the brush in there a bit just to see if there's any additional dirt.
In a break from steps of the normal process I like to use a non-abrasive paint cleanser, then a clay bar, then if there's a bit of dirt remaining I'll use something like Meguiar's Cleaner Wax.
After all this is said and done you may want to use a detailing brush to clean up any white residue.
Sorry this is so wordy but I've not yet formatted the guide.
