I am looking for a recommendation on a good product for the leather and trim. I would like a product that gives a nice shine and keeps the leather soft.

Meguiar's Gold Class Rich Leather Wipes. Work great on the leather seats. Easy to use and no mess or spills. Great stuff. The Gold Class Protectant Wipes are great on the vinyl and they have other Wipes too.

Leatherique on the leather, Vinylex on the dash (applied w/ a slightly damp microfibre cloth).

Once every month or two depends how much and how I drive it. It's so easy that it only takes a half hour to do a real nice job.
