There are too many variables to provide an accurate prediction. Rear wheel horsepower and weight are easy to measure but weather, traction and driving ability are important factors that are more difficult to predict. There are many web-sites that will predict ETs using rear wheel horsepower and weight but their reliability is questionable. With all that said I believe that it takes at least 450 rear wheel horsepower to get into the 10s and that is assuming everything else is optimized.

10s are not a given on cam only car...commonly takes 430rwhp+ launch at redline on slicks with 60ft in the 1.6 or lower range...then must be a competent driver who can power shift near rev limiter. Some have accomplished but for most a very challenging task.
