Just got off the phone with Atco about their schedule and track conditions. THis weekend the track will be closed due to them stripping/resurfacing and polishing the drag strip. It's about time! They were aware of the poor track conditions and have open meeting(one this sunday) to observe and discuss issues. The track will resume the next weekend on Sunday and then it's March 1 and full schedule.

Yeah, it is about time. I hope they get some guys in there that know how to properly walk someone thru a burnout. When I was there in Jan. there was a "dry box", but no water box.
I'm going to Fla. tomorrow & I'll be back 3/1 & lookin' to race again Rob.

When the surface is very cold, the tires will spin freely anyway so you need little/no water. Either that or their hose froze. No a joke, last year I rented the track in November and the water connection had frozen so we had to pour water out of a 5 gallon bucket.
