Super Chevy results
I tried to win the d.o.t. class two years in a row, came up a little short today. I was driving my camaro and my brother was driving my C5.
I made to the finals but lost to the guy i beat first round. The camaro was running pretty good until the semi-finals, when i tried to restart the car in the staging lanes, the lock cylinder broke. Luckily the ignition
switch was stuck in the on position, so i ran back to truck grabbed some wire and jumped the starter relay. I had a bye in the semi's.
But now the car wasn't running right. In the finals I do my burnout
and it stalls. I thought it was over, but my brother ran up quick
and jumped the relay for me.
Then after all that I redlighted.
BTW, I also won a award for Editor's choice top ten drag car, hopefully
there will be a pic of my car in the magazine

Awesome Craig! We were in the car show trying to sell the 2000 and after surgery I was so out-of-it on pain meds I can't remember much....but I did here the Gingrich name along with Brian Delaney in standard trans.
