383 Stroker Supercharged help!?!?
Well im a noob to this forum just got activated and have a couple of questions for the other c3 owners.
Well to start off I have an 80 vette, car will be used street and very lil strip, I just bought a 600hp sbc and was wondering your recomandations on:
-Will my rear hold up?
-Kinda Trans? was thinking th350 manual valve body rated for 700hp
-Stall speed? thinking 2500-3000rpm
-What my drivetrain needs to stay in one piece?
-Street slicks that wont brake my rear end?
-Where to buy aftermarket driveshaft and half shafts if needed?
-Where to get a roll cage that i can keep my passenger seat but welds into the chasis? if needed, do you think ill have body cracking?
Things I am doing no matter what:
-Safety Loops for half shaft
-Safety loop for drive shaft
-DragVette Rear Suspension Kit
-Spicer Universals
-Side yoke billet caps (if made for 80)
One last thing what do you guys think about MSD 6AL Ignition boxes worth the money?
