A 200 shot on a stock motor probably won't get it done - maybe high 10s depending on your set up. There's a huge performance difference between a high 10 and 10.0.
Mixture control is difficult to manage on the second stage of nitrous - you tend to get a lean spike that's hard on pistons. You're better off with one stage managed by a good progressive controller like the one made by Nitrous Express. It's completely adjustable to include delay times and ramp rates in every gear. If you're running a stock short block I wouldn't recommend exceeding a 125 shot.
