first time out
I am still getting the hang of the car , but was very happy.
2002 Z
228/222 Speed Inc SI 007 Cam
Raptor Filter
Stainless Works Headers w/ offroad X (stock TI catback)
ASP Pulley
3.90 Gear
Tune
M/T 275/17 ET Radial...leaving around 5,500 rpm ( no clutch dump )
3120 # with just over 1/4 tank of fuel
around 65 degrees today
best pass
11.38 @ 120.68
-best 60 ft 1.61 (2 out of 5 passes )
-best MPH 121.89 (ran 120 & change every pass )
-best 1/8 96 mph
I still have some room with the car in the 60ft and I was shifting it at only 6,600-6,700 rpm.
We all had a good day & it was good seeing some familiar faces

Congrats on a great run and some nice drivin'!
Great trap speed for a mild cam like that.
Gotta be exciting to be that close to 10's cam only.
Those Mickeys hook like crazy too, don't they
I cut my best 60' (1.59) on the 275 17's.

ET Radial is the tire...I am very happy with my purchase. I think I have another tenth or so in the car....especially with some cold air.
looking at heads now to go 10's NA

Nice run! I like your 60' time for someone who's still getting used to a new set up.
I assume you've raised your rev limiter to be shifting at 6700rpm's. I donn't know that I'd shift any higher though...It sounded like you're planning to shift higher in the future.
What did the car dyno for RWHP?
I'd say there's a little more in her. You'll realize that with a little more seat time in the new set up. Congrats!!

I make 410 rwhp and 399 rwtq .
I plan to bump upthe shift to around 6700-6800. I think I can go 1.59 and if I had a nice cool night go 11.30.
I have some ported 243's , milled .020 , ported intake & ported TB in the works now for late May.
I want to go 10's NA
