Breakfast before racing?
Just wondering what everyone eats for breakfast prior to their racing on Saturday's for the CC at E'town? Hopefully if I have my car back in time, I'll be chowing down on my favorite cereal for extra energy...Special K's.
So what's everyone elses favorite breakfast food prior to the big race?

I start off with about 4 cups of coffee before I go to the track and three egg whites. At the track I finish the remaining coffee (About 10 cups) That is my MOJO.

I add about 3-4 teaspoons full of sugar to make them taste better.
Now I know of some
other Special K's that would need at least a 5 lb bag to sweeten them up.

Jason, that's just wrong!
I usually don't eat breakfast. That means I'd have to wake up 10 minutes earlier, & that ain't happening!
Enjoy guys & I'll see you at the next event, I hope!
Don, is your car close?
