Can you tell me where that is noted, please. I didn't see it addressed. Plus I had thought I'd seen somewhere (not the rulebook) that ATVs were the NEW thing.

In 2003, the first year they were eligible, my track had a pair of snowmobiles at the Division 7 Bracket Finals. That year they were held at Southwestern in Tuscon, Arizona. Snowmobiles aren't all that common in Arizona, and the announcers were going nuts. They really made a big deal over those 10 second sleds. They were the first ever to run Southwestern and most had never seen snow machines on the strip before.

Mike Rice showed me where it is in the rule book in January when he was here.I forgot where to look. I will try to call him tomorrow.I know he is very busy now so I might have to call San Diego to the SFI to get the newest info.
These are the test questions for a SFI inspector I had to take earlier this year.
4 wheel ATC's have been a problem for the track this year .I have turned them down for racing due to the lack of a chain guard.
They always use the fact that the bike is new and came from the factory that way.I just tell them it is a safety issue like a scatter shield and what not.I don't know if I can get through to them on Friday.

I would have thought an exam conductor would have the justification for his answers, at hand.
