From: Lahaina Hi
Spray the VHT on the tires and put them in the water box and spin,Dry hop or burn them again. The VHT will cake on the outside of the tire.
The key to a good track is 30% alcohol and 70% VHT.
Let it sit for a day and with old drag slicks attached to a pallet ,drag the tires down the track with the fork lift.
If the track pulls you shoes when you walk on it the track will suck!!

That is the way I prep my track over here.
Breaks about 3 rear ends a night and lots of transes.
