John Force Interview
Did anybody happen to catch the interview during the finals on TV? I had dvr'd it, but the freaking thing ran out of space.
Just wanted to know how the recovery is going and how he feels about next season.

Force looked-like Hell, and looks-like he's lost a lotta weight in just 14 days..... barely able to keep his eyes open, speaking slowly but coherent.....
Ashley at his side, looking like she hasn't slept or washed-up since she arrived at the hospital, and looking-like she's in no-hurry to strap-in anytime soon.....
They must have Force on horse-pill meds.....

Early interview with one of the doctors involved in his rehab said they were having difficulty managing his energy and directing it toward recovery. Not difficult to imagine that. They probably keep him calmed down with meds.

..... comp-plus and Oakley-mater are reporting the Robert Hight broke another JFR/McKinney Corp chassis during testing on Monday following the Richmond race:
other reports say that Robert will be aboard a Worsham/Fink chassis, made in-house by Grant Downing, at Vegas & Pomona
(rumor is that Force tried to hire Steve Pleuger, then Downing away from Worsham/fink in recent years, so JFR could have their-own in-house chassis-shop )
no-word on if/when Ashley will have a chassis that JFR approves for competition, although Mike Neff made squirts at Richmond the same day that Hight was testing.
I'll say it again, with no ulterior motives:
it seems awfully-strange that only John Force Racing (not Snake Racing, not Pedregon Brothers, not $chumacher, not Worsham, etc. ) is continually having chassis-breakage problems this season.

Plueger's quality speaks for itself... You want his chassis...you wait for it...
I'm not a part of JFR/McKinney, so I won't comment. However.... somebody's got some 'splainin' to do, IMO.
