You pay out of your own pocket, if you collect.
Your insurance in most cases won't cover you on the track. Your on your own.

I know that track has you sign off to protect them, I know your insurance will not pay. If some one crashes into a wall they fix it them selves, if someone crashes into me, there is no recourse with the other driver, right? You both walk away? asuming you can.....

If you read the waiver you both walk away. In reality you can sue anybody. Personally if I crashed into someone (hope noone got hurt) I would take a loan on my 401k and fix or replace the other car. I did have a friend hit both walls on the top end of Atco on a bye run. His trans locked up and he spin like a top hiting all 4 corners of his 63 split window coupe. He had it repaired in primer for the next weeks race.

Basicly the law says if you are 1% in the right you have the right to collect from the other party.
You can't sign your right away to injury. If you are injured you are 1% in the right.
