Anyone from this thread want to give some input on the 8.50 index for nov. Atco. We need to challenge someone! The thread is above in the drag racing section. Thanks

I think we need a big dog, tuner wars, clash of the titans, No Tears II end of season track rental.
To qualify, you must have run 8.99 or quicker during the year.
Run what ya brung and hope it is enough!
Simple rules - must be a vette/non-round tube chassis car and must be NHRA legal for what you are running.
Now that would be an awesome event.

Your Event
Good idea but to many rules
A rental , no need for nhra legal.
To qualify just pay and your in. Winner take ALL.
Rob's got the classes made up, the rules will be simple

I think it can be done with a 3300lb car .The suspension has to be set up just right.
I have over 900 hp and can make it into the low 9's on a 3800 lb car.
I forget the formula you use to figure this out ,but when you hit the 9.'s
it takes 10% more power to push through each .10.

Gotcha
I think we should do this as a rental so everybody can see that the turbo cars are faster than the nos guys.
