Default Suspension Setup

How would you set up Pfadt coilovers (one way shocks, spring rate, ride height) for an 01 Z06 with a 408? I run NHRA and IHRA Super Stock but this is a very different suspension setup than I run (4 link).

I am thinking:

Front - spring as soft as I can get it; shocks loose

Rear - medium firm; shocks in the middle

Correct or correction?

Should I set ride height up even front to rear? I realize the car isn't going to launch like a drag car but I would like to get closer to "decent" weight transfer but to mainly remove unloading of the rear tires on launch. I am planning on going mid to high 9s. Thanks.

not sure of all the setting on the pfadt system though I do know I emailed them about drag setup and they said something like not this stuff.

If you shocks are single adjustable, I would not start all the way loose. Try a quarter, so if you have 10 setting try 2 or 3 from softest.

rear sound about right
