Thanks Big Mike for letting me make a lap in your car.... I am impressed with it's power and setup....great job to all those involved with your project..... it felt great to make a lap since I have been out of the drivers seat for a while.......
p.s. it ran 9.68@141 in drive.... with a 1.47 60' time ..leaving with little boost and running very little overall boost...all this on pump gas......incredible...

Your welcome Leo , BTW you went 9.63 at 143 and change , 60ft was 1.46 . Thanks for trying to help figure out the launch , I made two more passes after you left on 5lbs again , one anhilated the tires again , the other was a 1.48 , 9.7 pass . Not bad for my " summer " pump gas , street tune (Thanks Julio , for the great tune and setting my shift points today ) .
2 Step is still not holding the rear tires and I've got a delay in the engagement and release of the t-brake , which there is no cure for . As you said tonight Leo , not good for heads up racing , I need to figure out how to get the boost up off the foot brake , like my old set up . Overall , it was a good night and I had fun , Leo had a big smile on his face after he made that pass , his 6-second rocket will be out soon .
When I read Big Mike I thought you were talking about Conway. Then I saw boost and thought that nut job bought another car
Nice passes! What's up with the trans brake Mike?
The Rossler t-brake for electronically controlled transmissions has a delay in it , it doesn't have an instant release like a P/G or a T-400 , RPM tried different springs etc , it is what it is , unfortunately not good if you want to race someone heads up , I won't sacrifice streetablility and run a T-400 , so for now I will have to live with it , or make some changes to the a/r housing on the turbo to spool quicker and leave off the foot brake .
Chris. If uncle Ralphie let's me drive blueberry. I may be able to show you both a thing or two. LOL. Oldman my butt!
Paul. You ready to come have some fun again??? And come play like old times?
Mike. Thanks again. That little bit of driving certainly gave me the boost pun intended) to get my stuff together! You car can be worked with to heads up race with its current characteristics. I have some ideas and things to try if you want. And of course it will keep it a " streetcar" LOL
Eddie and Mike. When can I wheel the C4??? I'm on a roll why not??? LOL
Hell. Jesse. Want me to put yours in the elusive 9' s. ROTFLMFAOB.......

Would be nice for you to put my car into the 7s.
Finding a way to launch an IRS C5 (sans a turbo400, powerglide or straight axle conversion) would be a great find. I know that Jay, Marc and Myself can all run 10.0 flat but can't leave on a pro-t like a solid axle or tbrake car can.

Having Leo make the first few passes was probably the smartest thing I've done with the new set up. He was so much more in tune (pun intended ) with what was going on with the car that it would have taken me 3 times as long to get the car dialed in if I were driving.
I've seen the light. There's a LOT more to racing than just having a mill that puts out 1000+ hp. Cartek did an incredible job building my motor but the car was a handful until Leo put his "touches" into the project. Now I read the posts of dyno queens making ridiculous hp and laugh because I know where they're heading next
Leo, I told you I was "interested" in another peoject Now, where is that estimate that you promised?

Leo , I'm glad my 9-second street car could stimulate someone who's used to running in the 6-second zone .
