Default Screwing the Rim
It's not what your thinking

I want to add screws to the inside of my rims to keep the tire from spinning. Is it ok to just do the inside of the rim? Would the tire still slip on the outside and twist the tire? Any special tips on this subject?

i know some drag radial guys only run a single beadlock on outer side only
so i would say its ok

It's ok just to run them on either inside or outside, I have mine on the outside where I can keep an eye on them..

If you put them on the inside ,I would off set the screws from the other side so they don't line up,it will hold better.
