There is much more than the racing but that cannot be announced until the lawyers get done with my dad's estate. It will rattle South Florida feathers I'm sure.

Thanks Dan. My son and mom are both keeping their homes down here. Needless to say we can visit anytime.
While I HATE the COLD and SNOW of the northeast, the rest of the year is wonderful. We also have many friends there since we stayed for 13 years before coming here.
Faye has spent a few weeks there over the last 3 months due to her mothers death and her fathers rapidly failing health.
She finds great comfort in the quiet mountains of the Poconos.

Thanks man. Depending upon how large the settlement (from my dads passing) is, we are hoping to build on Lake Norman. Depending on what the area taxes in particular, are like we would like to be on the south east side of the lake.
The business will be located as close to the Track as possible.

Well, if you are interested in a house in the mountains in the Boone, NC area, let me know. My brother and I are selling our parents' house up there.

Good luck to both you and Faye!!!

Lawsuits for my parents' case are just getting ready to be filed.

I'm hoping something like...... 60 days, give or take a bit. We are priced well for the area. Not high, not low hopefully just right.

we had the same hopes, too, but I think my problem was our listing agent, who lived across the street from my house

..... she lived across the street from the house.....

..... she lived across the street from the house.....

..... she lived across the FUGGIN'-STREET from the house.....

yet missed an open-house!

I think I would have to agree with you there. Some real quality with that agent.
