Huge congratulations!!!
Congrats big poppa been watchin updates all weekend. I got the chills and a huge smile on my face when i heard you won. Congrats to you and the crew it was well deserved. Wish i could have been there to see the smile on your face. Its the best feelin in the world especially after all the challenges. Congratulations again. Now can i have your autograph?

This was an extremely emotional and energizing win for me and the team. The car performed well. We caught a few unexplainable breaks Leo must have been looking down on us in a big way. First we had a broken throttle body and while going thru things a screw fell right in to Chris’s hand how that didn’t end up in motor is beyond me. Then after qualifying we checked over everything and put the car away for the night. We returned to the track Sunday and pulled the car out warmed up the motor, tranny and rear with no issues everything was perfect. Then the race gets pushed off till Monday due to rain, well we hung out drank some beers and watched a Shake down video till around 9pm.
It was time to wrap it up so we could get some rest. When we went to put the car away we had no reverse or low gear the tranny was shot. How the hell this happened I have no idea but we caught another break because if we had ran on Sunday we were done. We put a new tranny in that night and were ready to rock on Monday. The rest is in the record books.
