looks like the PBIR guys have left some contractors holding the bag. I hope there can be a reasonable resolution to that.

I saw it posted on DRR as well...never good to have stuf like this floating around the web...I have dealt with many folks like these...in real estate it is called a comissiondectomy..they try to cut your commission at the closing regardless of what the agreement says...

Executed contracts need to be honored whether they agree with the numbers or not...they knew these numbers when they bought the joint so trying to renegotiate now is foolish not to mention unfair...
