You took the words out of my mouth........
Thank You Artie for those Great shots..... I didnt make the event but wow it was like I was there Just CLEARER...
Photo # 28 lookes like a re-run in the making huh?
I am just curious, but why are your CC races 1/8 mile? Are all of the Summit Series races 1/8 mile too? We only run 1/8 mile at Sac when the wind is blowing, or moisture is coming through the top end after wet weather. I myself like 1/8 mile racing, so it's not a bash, just a question.
And what's up with the grandstands, about as many people there as there is on a cold Tuesday morning huh?

We normally run 1/4 mile but we had 35-40 MPH wind.....
And it was a cold damp windy sat morning.....LOL...

During the warmer months you will see far more people up in the stands, it was just REALLY windy there yesterday and the turnout was somewhat lower as a result of that.
The wind is why we ran 1/8 mile @ Sac last weekend. Makes you step it up on the tree. It helps win rounds w/out a broken ring & pinion too....ouch, I removed 7 teeth from the ring gear last Sunday.
